My sincere condolences to all of Thelma's family. If I had known she was in GP.I would have went to visit. In 1978, Thelma was the clerk for Lavant , Dalhousie and North Sherbrooke, I was 24 yrs.old at the time and was hired to build the new municipal offices and renovate the old municipal hall. When the project was finished she wrote and gave to me a formal letter of recommendation to add to my resume, that letter is in a frame and hangs on the wall to this day with my highschool diploma ,journeyman certificates etc in my office. I never forgot her,and never will
