Brady, Jane “Frances”

April 27, 1956 – April 25, 2024

Fran passed away peacefully at LHSC – University Hospital, London on Thursday, April 25, 2024. Fran was born on April 27, 1956 in Perth, Ontario, the youngest of seven children of Jean (Maloney) and Bernard Brady. Cherished sister of Vince (Theresa) Brady of Perth, Peggy (Hank) Gosar of Aurora, Mike (Sharon) Brady of Comox, B.C., Sister Alda Brady of the Sisters of Providence, Kingston, and Ken Brady (Colleen Donahue) of Perth and sister-in-law of Martin Van Sickle of Ottawa. Predeceased in 1999 by her sister Kathy Van Sickle. Fran will be sadly missed by her best friend Susan Lang. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many close friends.

Fran spent her early working career with Maple Leaf Mills in Toronto but most of her career was working with Cargill in Chatham and London.

Cremation has taken place. Family and friends may pay their respects at Blair and Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth, on Sunday, May 5, 2024 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. John’s Church on Monday, May 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Interment at St. John’s Cemetery. Light refreshments will follow in the Blair & Son Family Centre.
