Brady, Crystal Joanna
Peacefully surrounded by the love of her family, after a valiant, courageous fight, Crystal passed away at home on Sunday, May 12th, 2024 at the age of 40. She was the beloved wife of Jake, and the cherished mother of Hailee, Ariana and Austin. Crystal was the treasured daughter of David (Denyse) Crosbie and Brenda Crosbie-Mark, and daughter-in-law of John and Donna Brady. She will be deeply missed by her siblings James (Aimee), Tina and Adam (Hilary), and by Jake’s siblings Amanda (Ian), Emily (Lucas), Melissa (Brock) and Patrick. Crystal was the dear aunt of Preston, Ava, Mason, Parker, William, Alexander, Logan, Felicity, Lydia, Rachel, Cassidy, Colt, Cylus, Bella and Finn. She will be fondly remembered by many extended family, friends and co-workers.
The family wish to thank Dr. Morell, Dr. Gauthier, Dr. Wahay, for their compassion, care and support along with all the doctors of the Ottawa Cancer Centre and all the staff of the Perth Site of the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital.
Friends are invited to visit with the family at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W. Perth, on Friday May 24th, 2024 from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Crystal requested a weekend service so all her co-workers can attend. Crystal’s funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s United Church, 25 Gore St. W. Perth, on Saturday, May 25th, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Prestonvale Cemetery. In honour of Crystal, memorial contributions to sponsoring Hailee in the Relay for Life or METAvivor would be greatly appreciated.
