Who could have imagined .You were such a part of the fabric of our lives and we loved your quirkiness and we love you ❤️ Always onto a new adventure and you were so excited to dive for the moorings. Dear Jane, Frank and Family. I want to express my sincere heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your son David. No parent should ever have to experience the loss of a child. After reading David’s obituary he certainly was an amazing young man. I’m sure I met him when he was younger when Justine would go to your place to play with Veronica. Cherish the beautiful memories you have of him. Bless you all.

For all of us who had the pleasure of sharing time with Dave will know that he was sweet and kind, joyful with others, and a great person to be around. He made you feel special and genuinely cared about, he had your back. We will all miss him deeply, there is no doubt, but he would not want us to be sad for very long because that was Dave. So let us be glad for his sake, sharing our happy memories of him often and he will remain with us always. Rest is peace Dave. My deepest condolences, Mary

I used to be a paramedic in Perth back when Dave was a High School student on co-op with us. He was always so warm and caring. He was thoughtful, curious, had a great sense of humour and loved to laugh. Later, we had the pleasure of Dave completing his college training and coming to work with LCPS as a fellow paramedic. Dave, you'll be missed. To his large family, and parents, please accept my sympathies for your sudden loss.

We (my Dad, Brother, and I) got to know Dave when he was a lifeguard at the Perth Pool (many years ago). Great guy, always had a big smile and a great laugh. Always enjoyed chatting with him. His smile lighted up the pool area. Our sincere condolences, keeping you in our prayers.

Dear Jane, Frank, Paul, Adam, Issac and family
I’m very saddened about Dave’s tragic death. From the first time we met him when he moved in 2 doors away from us he had the biggest smile and infectious laugh that we will never forget. He was so proud of the quilt that his mom made for him and he and I chatted about the amount of love that goes into making a quilt and he sure treasured his. He was always respectful to our children as they grew up and he loved giving them rides on the 4-wheeler back in the day. He was an amazing Paramedic and did his job with pride and compassion. Please treasure your memories to help you transition through this horrible tragedy. Dave you will be missed by so many people in the community and surrounding area you were a one of a kind great guy who would give the shirt off his back.
Sending our deepest condolences to all his family

This is the last photo I have of Dave and I together. I was visiting from college and we had been 4wheelin. Sadly, this is from over 10 years ago. I wish I had been able to visit more, and that I could be there now. I never really knew his older siblings, but I spent a lot of time with his parents and younger siblings during my short time in the north. They always made me feel like a part of their family. Dave helped me in life more than you know. I wish I could’ve been there for him more. I love you all. I will be praying.

There are no words that can truly express how sorry I am to hear of Dave’s passing and the impact on your whole family.
I am thinking of you all as you navigate this time and transition.
To be honest I don’t think that I’ve ever seen a photo of Dave where he’s not smiling.
His personality matched his stature, and he was larger than life.
Always adventurous and up for anything.
In this photo we all went to Winterlude for the day. He spent a good chunk of time pushing me around in a sled on the ice, with a smile on his face; to make sure I was still included as I don’t know how to ice skate. He really was kind and had the best intentions and I hope you are flooded with so many memories of all the best parts about Dave.
Sending hugs, Candace
