Obituary of Barbara Edna Inwood

Barbara Edna Inwood (nee McDonell)

Peacefully at the Lanark Lodge, with her daughter at her side, Sunday, June 16th, 2024, in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late James Inwood (1998). Predeceased by her parents, John and Mary McDonell, and her five siblings, Robert (Louise), Burns (Florence), Herrick (Madeleine), Jessie (Wib) Donnelly, and Lindsay (Winona).

Dearest mother of Anne Fournier (Gary) and the late Don Inwood (Denise). Cherished grandmother to Krista (Brandon), Devin (Megan), Travis, and Clayton (Rebecca). Treasured great-grandmother to Eric, Leah, Reece, Blakely, and Cassidy. 

Special thanks to the staff at Lanark Lodge for their care and compassion over the last five years. 

As per Barbara's wishes, cremation has taken place. Interment will be held June 28th, 2024 at 2 pm at Crawford Cemetery in McDonald's Corners.  Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
