Dear Megan and Brad, It was an honour and privilege helping to care for Aaron during some of his admissions to 4N at CHEO. He consistently displayed courage and resilience, no matter how awful he may have felt. You both were amazing advocates for Aaron. You did your research, asked tough questions, and were true partners with the clinical team in providing Aaron the best care throughout his cancer journey. I was always inspired by Aaron and your positive attitudes, hope for the future, and faith in scientific advances. Please know that we will think of Aaron and your family often and his battle with AML will propel us to work harder to do better and continue to move the needle in this challenging disease.
