Obituary of Chloe Pansy Lucinda Wilcox

Chloe Wilcox, 63, passed away peacefully on August 19, 2024, after a long battle with  cancer. Born on April 14, 1961, Chloe was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who valued her family above all. She was passionate about her work as an Educational Assistant with the Upper Canada District School Board Chloe cherished her role as a grandmother to William. She was predeceased by her parents, Jenny Green (née Depuis) and Louis Coughlin Sr., as well as her brother, Louis Coughlin Jr. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Richard Wilcox, and their three children: Sarah, Lindsay (Daniel McDowell), and Michael (Anna Seguin). Chloe was also survived by her brother Wesley Coughlin, sister Brenda Coughlin, as well as Tina Green (Serge Matte) and Wayne Green( Kelly). Chloe’s love and care extended beyond words, and she will be fondly remembered through the beautiful quilts she made for her loved ones—each one a testament to her warmth and creativity. Chloe’s generosity continued after death as it was always her wish to donate her body. In accordance with her wishes she has been accepted into the body donor program at Queens University.

A private interment will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
