Obituary of Norma Marjorie McPhee

Passed away peacefully on August 30, 2024 at the age of 98 in Jasper, Ontario. Born in Manchester, England in 1926. Norma was predeceased by her parents Albert and Aileen Duncombe, as well as by her sister Rhona Pearson. Norma immigrated to Canada in 1946 as a war bride. She was predeceased by her husbands George E. Price (1968), John H. McPhee (2003), and Jack Ranger (2015); as well as by her son Philip Price (survived by Kelly), step-sons Andrew McPhee (survived by Elaine) and Malcolm McPhee (survived by Caroline), as well as by her son-in-law Larry Leslie. Norma leaves behind her loving daughter Susan Leslie, and step-son Alan McPhee (Mavis); as well as her brother Kenneth Duncombe (Ann), and grandchildren David Leslie, Philip Ibbotson (Angela), Stacey and Kaylyn Price, Rob, Alan, Patrick, Ryan, Aleisha, and Alex McPhee. She will be lovingly remembered by her 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to attend the graveside service at the Hillcrest Cemetery Columbarium on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. In memory of Norma, please consider donations to the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation.
