Obituary of Jesse John Hobbs

Passed away peacefully following a brief but valiant battle with cancer at Kingston General Hospital on August 31, 2024, at the age of 38.  Jesse is the beloved and cherished son of Ken and his late Mother Janice Hobbs (nee Craig), where Jesse was still mourning her passing, just this past February. He is predeceased by his grand parents Bert and Marg (nee Noonan) Hobbs and Evon and Muriel (nee Lumsden) Craig and his uncles Leo Craig and Daryl Bell.  Also left to mourn this loss are his aunts and uncles Mike (Faye) Hobbs, Sandy (late Daryl) Bell, Roy (Gladys) Craig, Eric (Joan) Craig, Jim (Heather) Craig, Doug (Aileen) Craig, Jean (Wayne) Dowdall, Donna (Pat) St. Jean, Debbie Fisher, Karen (Mark) Hanewich, Marilyn (Terry) Swaine, and Jean (late Leo) Craig.  Jesse will be sadly missed by his cousins, and extended family and friends. As per Jesse’s wishes, cremation has taken place with a Celebration of Life taking place on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at the Rosedale Hall from 1 to 4 p.m., where a sharing of memories will take place at 2 o'clock. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or University Hospitals Kingston Foundation.
