Obituary of Lorna Gertrude Ladouceur (nee Moodie)

Lorna passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 21st, 2024, at the Brockville General Hospital with her family by her side. She will be sadly missed by her sister Catherine (Butch) Curran, her brother Bryant (Marilyn) Moodie, her sister-in-law Patsy Moodie, stepsisters Cathy (Gord) Chaplin and Karen (Mike Fournier) Tysick, stepbrothers Glenn (Mary) Tysick and Rick (Dawn Palmer) Tysick and her nieces and nephews. Lorna was predeceased by her parents, Mildred Tysick and Harold Moodie, her stepfather Howard Tysick, her brothers Rodger and Frannie Moodie, her stepbrother Jack Tysick and her beloved son Shawn.

Friends and family are invited to a memorial service in the chapel at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W. Perth, on Thursday, September 26th, 2024, at 1:30 pm. Interment to take place in the Elmwood Cemetery, with a reception to follow at the Blair & Son Family Reception Centre. In honour of Lorna's love of animals, memorial contributions to L.A.W.S. or the Canadian Juvenile Diabetes Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
