Norma passed away in the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital on Thursday, October 24^th, 2024 at the age of 91 years.  She is survived by her sister Betty Windsor and nieces and nephews George (Sharon) Windsor, Sharon Windsor, Perry (Cathy) Windsor, Kelly Martin, Tracey (Steve) Webster and Shane Martin.  She will be greatly missed by her great and great-great nieces and nephews, golfers, quilters and friends of the community.  A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.  Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
