Obituary of Reese Hayden Stanzel
Reese was tragically taken from us on Friday, October 25th, 2024 at the young age of 15. He had a heart of gold and wouldn’t think twice about helping people. He was an advocate for the Perth Dog Park Community and will be deeply missed by all who had the honour of knowing him.
Reese’s parents Candi (Andrew Wood) and Matthew Stanzel (Courtney Coutts) will cherish the memories of their bright, happy-go-lucky, loving son, and he will be forever remembered by his siblings Chelsie Bartraw (Travis), Ryan Stanzel, Lucas Stewart and stepsiblings Faith Coutts and Kaine Lackey. He was treasured by his grandparents Jeff Bartraw (Shirleen Day), Lori Van Iderstine, Chris Wood (Cheryl) and the late Pat Stanzel (Tom). Reese will go on living in the hearts of his best friend Koen Powell, and all his aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, friends and the community as a whole.
The community is invited to pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W. Perth on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024 from 1:00pm to 8:00pm. In Honour of Reese, memorial contributions to the Perth Dog Park Community, or YAK Youth Services would be appreciated.
