Obituary of Margaret Jean Myers

Born October 3, 1936 in the Kingston General, Ontario to Edward and Norma Edwards of Wolfe Island, Margaret Jean Myers (Edwards) passed away peacefully at the Ottawa Civic on January 14, 2025. She was a loving wife, a strong and beloved mom (mum) to five wonderful children (four sons and a daughter), and a most cherished and ‘fun’ Grandma and baker to seven wonderful grand children (four boys, three girls). She was a loving and proud Great Grandma (‘Gramma Gramma’) to three wonderful great grand children (two boys, one girl) and fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. She will always live on in our hearts and will be so sorely missed. We shall find some solace in knowing that she is now reunited with her predeceased twin and two younger sisters in Heaven. A private family event to “Celebrate Her Life” will be held in the spring.
