I am very sorry for your family's loss. I am honored to have met Mr. Mackler. He was a very decent man with a quick wit that delighted me. I'll never forget his hospitality when I stayed in his home. I hope his loved ones find peace in knowing he no longer suffers. My thoughts are with the family as you gather in Stanleyville to celebrate his life, especially Mrs. Mackler and his youngest daughter Laura.

Although I only met Mr. Mackler a handful of times, I feel that I know him through Laura as a father. I know that she loved and cherished her relationship with her dad very deeply, and I know that Mr. Mackler was an incredibly caring father to Laura. She has spoken so many words of praise throughout my years as her friend, about her father. My condolences are with the Mackler family during this difficult transition of healing and letting-go. I hope some strength and peace is found in his calm passing, and in knowing that his battle is over. May peace and love be with you all.

When I think of Francis, I think of love, laughter, and amazing energy. He greeted with a smile, and always made you feel comfortable, he was a welcoming sole.
He truly was a wonderful example of what a servant of God
should be.
Francis, I thank you for your blessed gift of love, Heaven will be
receiving you with open arms..........you will be missed but not
forgotten.
