McKenna, Gerald Suddenly at his home in Smiths Falls on Friday, January 6, 2012, Gerald Thomas McKenna at the age of 52. Beloved partner and best friend of Debbie Johnston. Gerald will be sadly missed by his son Jacob, his daughter Breah and their mother Marsha McKenna. Loving brother of Mary (John) Thompson of Jasper, Margaret (Darlene) Kerr of Smiths Falls, Peter (Donna) McKenna of Rideau Ferry, Pat (Monika) McKenna, Anne (Rick) Leach all of Smiths Falls and Sheila McKenna (Don Buker) of Perth. Gerald is predeceased by his parents Dominic and Kay (Brady) McKenna and his brothers Brian and Dan McKenna. He will be fondly remembered by the Johnston family, as well as his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends and his faithful family dog "Doris”. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 112 Beckwith St. N., Smiths Falls, on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral Prayer Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery. In remembrance, contributions to the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation or Ducks Unlimited would be appreciated.
