McMillan, Gordon W. Founder G.W. McMillan and Son and Charter Member of the Perth Lions Club. Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at the Perth Community Care Centre, Perth on Saturday February 4th, 2012 at the age of 90 years. Gordon was predeceased in 1992 by his beloved wife, Eleneor (Oakes) McMillan; he was the loved and respected father of Gordon "Sonny" (Christine) McMillan, Judy (Bill) Doyle and Vicki (Jim) Craig; cherished grandfather of Doug, Scott and Brooks McMillan, Kevin McNaughton and Kristy Cordeiro, Bill Doyle and Krista Larouche, Erin Kirst and their families. Grandpappa will be fondly remembered by his 12 great grandchildren, his sister Jean (Late Mel) Hopkins, all his family and many friends. Gordon was predeceased by grand daughter Angie Doyle and sister Marg (Roy) Blance. Friends may call at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St W., Perth Tuesday February 7th, 2012 from 2:00 to 5:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral service will be held in St. James Anglican Church, Perth Wednesday at 11:30 A.M. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery. In remembrance, contributions to St. James Anglican Church or fund of one's choice would be appreciated. The Perth Lions Club will hold a Service of Remembrance, Tuesday at 6:15 P.M.
