Lowe, Doreen Ann (Devlin) It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing, in hospital, Regina of Doreen Ann Lowe on February 11, 2012. Beloved wife for over 40 years of the late Ivan Harold Lowe. Loved mother of Harold (Cindy) Lowe of Red Deer, AB, Cheryl (Terry) Donohue of Smiths Falls and Leisa (Jason) Peebles of Regina, SK and the late Margaret Ann Lowe in infancy. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Angela (Daniel) Barton, Brittney Lowe, Tara Donohue (Dan Hedderson), Michael Donohue, Nicholas, Griffin, Gabrielle and Kristopher Peebles. Sister-in-law of Vic Mundy and predeceased by sisters Helen Mundy, Eva (late Howard) Lowe, Betty Sweeney and brother Ed (late Lucy) Devlin. Also predeceased by her parents Hugh Arthur Devlin and Margaret Ann Peebles. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 112 Beckwith St. N., Smiths Falls on Friday, March 9, 2012 from 12 noon until service in the chapel at 2 p.m. Interment, United Cemeteries, Carleton Place at a later date.
