Hi Wendy,
My sincere and heartfelt condolences go out to you and your families. Our family was very saddened to hear the news. I will remember Bob fondly for his outgoing nature and the positive energy he spread to those around him. I will sadly miss our chats about stereos and home theatre equipment.

Dear Wendy, we are all shocked and saddened to hear of your loss. We always enjoyed Bob's positive outlook - he always had a kind word to say to us all. We will remember that he took to the time to ask "how are you" and when we returned the question, his answer was "all the better for you asking". Our thoughts are with you...all of us at Barnabe's

Dear Wendy,
My sincere condolences on Bob's passing. He was a super person and a generous colleaque. He was always willing to share. His candies were legendary. So too, was the story of him wishing condolences to Monica thinking a family member had passed; instead it was her cat.
His sense of humour always brightened up the day.
Brondell

Dear Mrs. Hassard. I was very sorry to hear of your husband's passing. He was taking chemotherapy in Kingston when I was there also. I spoke with you one day and you were telling me that he was terminal but that you were going to try everything possible to get him better. Cancer is such a terrible disease. It takes its toll not only on the patient but also on family members. He was very fortunate to have you fighting the battle with him. My sincere condolences on his passing.

We did not know Bob for a long time but we knew him well travelling the road of adversity together at the Kingston Cancer Centre. Sharing that space makes one close in a hurry and we learned much about Bobs life and character. He was always upbeat no matter the situation with a light heart and pleasant smile. Bob never complained and was anxious to hear about others.
He was a role model and showed others how to be a good person and lead a good life.

My dear Wendy. It is difficult to believe that a year has passed although it may seem much longer to you. I have been going through pictures of Otty Lake and all the people that came. There was a wonderful one of your parents and you and Bob. A life time ago it seems. I did not get to Perth this summer but I hope to this year. I hope we can touch base. As hard as it is to go back it is rich in memories that I wouldn't trade for anything. You are in our thoughts and prayers.. much love Peg
