Lackey, Teigan Anne Teigan passed away at C.H.E.O in Ottawa on Saturday April 14th,2012, eleven days after her birth on April 3rd, 2012. She was the cherished daughter of Natasha (Noonan) and Justin Lackey, loved granddaughter of Kim and Dennis Noonan and Heather and Kevin Lackey. Teigan will be sadly missed by the Noonan and Lackey families and their friends. Friends and family may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth on Saturday April 21st, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. The service was held privately for the family, interment followed in the Scotch Line Cemetery. In memory of Teigan, those wishing are asked to consider a memorial donation to the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario.
