I was so sorry to learn from Leonard Echlin that Janet has passed away. I remenber her and her family well during my youth in Lanark. The fire in 1959 disrupted many of our lives and I lost track of Janet and her family. Marg will remember me well from the day in the early 50's when I ran across in from of Jack on the Gearge Street hill. I didn't quite make it. We are all the better for our early years in Lanark both from a social and educational point of view. Please accept Celina and my condolences at this time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Ken

She was a little older than I was, but we hung out together on Lanark's "busy" streets and at the skating rink.
