Brenda, Bob, Chris and Janet: I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I deeply regret that I hadn't kept in touch with her. I didn't know she was ill. Both your mom and dad were such super people! Both of them were such great friends of my mom and dad. I will always cherish the fun and friendship we had at our adjoining cottages. Those seemed to be such a comfortable, easy time in our lives. What a horrible disease this is to take so many of the people we love from us. Make sure to keep the memories alive and pass them to your children. with love to all of you, Patti.

Libby was a great friend over many years and a cherished neighbour for a few years. We kept in touch after I moved away and did visit from time to time to talk none stop to catch up. I talked with her a couple of times recently. Dawn and Lesley also sent their love as they remember her with fondness. I can't make it to the visitation or funeral unfortunately but my heart is with you

It is difficult to understand why things unfold as they do, Libby was one of the most kind, caring, and loyal friends I have had the good fortune to share my life with and she has been taken from us all far to soon. My condolences to Brenda & Bob, Chris & Janet, and your children. Libby was a wonderful grandmother and always spoke proudly and lovingly of all her grandchildren. I will fondly remember the many happy times I, my family, and friends shared with Libby over the years. She will be sadly missed by many.
