This is a picture of my Aunt on the right of the picture,alongside myself,(4 years old) my elder sister Joan (7 years old), my mother Margaret,(Auntie Joan's younger sister) and my grandparents (Auntie Joan's mum and dad), taken in the days before aviation security or direct flights to USA/Canada judging by the aircraft types in the background !!

My Aunt also had a younger sister (Angela) who died at 5 years old and a younger brother (Peter) who died at 50 years old, in addition to my mother (Margaret) who died earlier this year (84 years old)and is survived by brother Colin who resides somewhere in the UK,but residency address unknown.

My Aunt and Uncle Bob gave all of our family very many happy memories of holidays in Bermuda on a regular basis and it was like stepping into two different worlds within seven hours flying from London to see them.(sometimes just for a return trip return from London to Bermuda and back again overnight)

May she rest in peace and hopefully this picture will share memories of her earlier days.
