Dear Pat, Amanda and Justin We are so very sorry to hear of Lance's death. He has had to struggle so much with his health over the years but still tried to be upbeat when he dropped in. We will really miss his visits to the office. He was so proud of his kids and of course thought Alaina was wonderful.

I always looked forward to running into Lance when I was working at Campbell's Trucking. He always had kind words and a good sense of humor. In fact, we had a short chat in April. He was smiling as usual. A great loss to his family and co-workers. My sincere condolences.

Missing my "BIG" brother
Dear Justin,Amanda,Judy,Pat,Mavis,Reg ....I am numb right now!! Lancie was to live forever and always be there when we needed him...I just can't belive that he is gone!
Lance was the BEST big brother any girl could ask for ...He and I were not blood sister and brother but he and I always knew we were close. My mom (Kay Sonnenburg , Woosley, Hobbs) was his mom too, she may not have given birth to him but he always loved her as his mom xoxo
I have so so many great memories of him and our family's and that is what I am going to hold close to my heart now and forever !!
I will always love you Lance!!!

How I met Lance
About 21 years ago as a young skinny signpainter I was summoned to Campbell's Trucking at the farm location to letter a couple of dump trucks. When I arrived there was a man welding (Lance) so I stood and waited for him to finish what he was doing. When he turned around I said, "Hi, I'm Heather Moodie and I'm here to letter the trucks." In return he said, "Oh,....I was expecting a man!" I have never let him live that down. In fact the last time I saw him in April we were laughing about it again. I said, "not bad for a girl, eh!" I shall miss his smiling face when I go to letter the trucks. He fought a hard battle with many health issues but always seemed to be positive.
