Lane, Robert Stanley William In hospital in Ottawa on Tuesday, July 31, 2012, Robert Lane at the age of 85 years. Bob was the greatly loved husband of Jacqueline (Larivey) and cherished and respected father of Stan (Jennifer), Steve (Cheryl), David (Cathy), Rob (Heather) Lane and Virginia (Bob) Puttomen. Robert will be sadly missed by his 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, sisters Doris and Joan, all his family and many good friends. He was predeceased by sisters Frances, Audrey and Marjorie and brother Jerry. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth on Friday August 3rd, 2012 from 2:00 to 3:30 P.M. The funeral service will be held in the chapel at 4:00 P.M. followed by a reception in the Blair & Son Family Centre. In remembrance, contributions to the Children’s Wish Foundation or the Lanark Animal Welfare Society would be appreciated.
