I met Rick through the Motorsport Club of Ottawa just a few years ago. He was such a great help to the club. I will always remember him zooming around the pits during the club's first race at Calabogie, making sure everyone knew their place in his friendly, yet firm if needed, manner. I looked up to him.
My sincere condolences to family and friends. Rick will be missed. RIP.
