Mayhew, Clarence Sheldon "Shelly” Peacefully gone home to be with the Lord. Clarence Sheldon "Shelly” Mayhew (Retired Engineer, C.P. Rail) passed away at the Elizabeth Bruyere Centre , Ottawa, on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of the late Marion (Jamieson) Mayhew. Loved father of Ron (Lois) Mayhew of Ottawa and the late Lee Mayhew. Grandfather of Lisa, Chris (Kelley) and great-grandfather of Lindsay and Brock. Sheldon leaves behind his daughter-in-law Julie Mayhew of Ottawa and her family Tim, the late John, Eunice and her family. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home Smiths From 12 noon Monday August 20 followed by service in the chapel at 2 p.m. Interment: Hillcrest Cemetery.
