Burton, Iona A. Passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 26th, 2014. Iona (Bigford) Burton at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late William (Bill) Burton. Loved mother of Joan Doreen (late David Cassell), Jean Noreen (late Roy Cross) and Brenda Elaine (Jim McInnis). Sadly missed by her eight grandchildren Sherri & Bill Cross, Tanya (Rob), Tara (Graham), Rob & Nick Cassell, Ryan & Lindsey McInnis and three great-grandchildren Ella & Morgan Blackwell and Taryn Warren. Dear sister-in-law of Helen Bigford. Predeceased by brothers Orville, Elwin & John (Bigford). Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home 112 Beckwith St. N., Smiths Falls on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and again on Thursday from 11:30 am until the time of the service in the chapel at 1:00 pm.
