W. Donald Foster 'Don' Peacefully in hospital in Almonte on Friday, August 4th, 2017 in the presence of loved ones, Donald Foster at the age of 91. Predeceased in 2004 by his loved wife Eileen (Manson) Foster of 53 years. Loved and respected father of Debra (Jim) Caldwell of Lanark and Dianne (Wayne) Little of Metcalfe. Cherished 'Pop' to Krista Caldwell, Jocelyn (Darran) Ford, Jason Caldwell, Shannan (Dillon) Brooks, Brent (Stacy) Little, Bridget Little, Cortney (Nick) Honey, Cara-Lynn (Scott) Irven and his 11 great grandchildren. Sadly missed by his brother Harold (late Eveline) Foster, sister Evelyn (late Roy) Yuill and sisters-in-law Veryl Manson, Leita Foster, Lou Manson, Ethel Manson, his nieces, nephews, all his family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Robert and Ethel (McEwen) Foster, his siblings Jean Foster, Wilbert (Luella) (Jean) Foster, George Foster, Robert (Bessie) Foster, Lena (Ernie) Liddle, Eva Foster, Maxine (R. J.) McCurdy, Betty (Jack) Sommerville, a sister in infancy and brothers-in-law Ken, Murray and Herman Manson. Funeral service will be held in the Blair and Son Chapel, 15 Gore St. W. Perth on Wednesday, August 9th, 2017 at 1:30 P.M. followed by a reception in the Blair & Son Family Centre. Interment, will then take place in Greenwood Cemetery, Middleville. In remembrance, contributions to Greenwood Cemetery or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. "To Live well and touch the hearts of others is to make a lasting difference".
