Mandeville, John W. "Jack" Passed away peacefully at Queensway Carleton Hospital, Ottawa with his family by his side on Monday, December 7, 2009 John W. "Jack" Mandeville. Beloved husband of Joan (Youngcliss). Devoted father of Debbie (Daryl) McMullen and Donna (Tim) McCoubrey. Cherished grandfather of Krista and Kayla McMullen and Jared and Jacob McCoubrey. Jack was a loving brother of Murray (Diane) and David (Bonnie) Mandeville, and uncle of Devin, Angela and David Mandeville. Jack will be fondly remembered by his many extended family and many friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 112 Beckwith St. N., Smiths Falls on Thursday, December 10, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place on Friday at Calvary Bible Church at 1:30 p.m. Interment will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery at a later date.
