Cherished father of Sharon (Stephen) Speagle of Chesterville, and Sheila (Rick) Fraser of Brockville, predeceased by daughter Ann in 1997. Loved grandfather of Amy, Molly, Kelly Ann, and Patrick Speagle, Brian, Tait, and Ian Fraser. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Francis de Sales Church Smiths Falls on Monday August 30th at 11 a.m. Interment: Hillcrest Cemetery.
