Palmer, Walter E. Suddenly at home, on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 Walter E. Palmer at the age of 70. Beloved husband and best friend of Shirley (Bowles) Palmer. Loved father of Richard (Patricia) Palmer of Smiths Falls and Brenda (Bernie) Mills of Westminster, Alberta. Sadly missed by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear brother of John (Alice) Palmer, Danner (Laura) Palmer, Wayne (Donna) Palmer and Yvonne Palmer all of Smiths Falls. Private services have taken place.
