Wilkins, T. Jaffray Following a short illness in hospital in Brockville on Thursday April 22nd, 2010, T. Jaffray Wilkins (resident of the Township of Rideau Lakes, former senior public servant, Government of Canada) in his 85th year. Jaffray will be sadly missed by his wife Arlene (Gregory), his sons Peter (Daria) of Toronto, Mark (Debbie) of Mattawa and their family Brian, Jennifer, Taylor and Landon and David (Ruth) of Ottawa, their family Katie and Benjamin and his brother-in-law Noel Clarkson Jr. He was predeceased by his brother Donald Wilkins and sisters Mary Jones and Margaret Clarkson. Jaffray will be fondly remembered by his professional colleagues and many friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St W., Perth Sunday April 25th, 2010 from 1 to 5:00 P.M. Funeral service will be held in the chapel Monday at 10:30 A.M.
