Obituary of Leanne Joyce Jamieson

With her family by her side suddenly on Saturday November 21, 2020 at the age of 64 Leanne Joyce Jamieson passed away at the Kingston General Hospital. Leanne leaves behind her loving husband Rick of 38 years, her best friend and daughter Janet Devenny (Mike), two grandsons Riley and Colton, and her baby boy Allan Jamieson (Jenna Rogers). Leanne will be dearly missed by her family; Leslie Dods, Devon Dods and Greg Dods; Dave and Pam Jamieson, Erin Rose (Jim), Adam Jamieson, Dan Jamieson, Michelle Jamieson, Brittany Jamieson, Don Jamieson, Janice Jamieson, and Courtney and Ryan Jamieson. Our mom was a 'mom' or also known as Grandma Leanne to many of our friends; Janyce, Alexis, Elizabeth and Wesley Picard, Gary Rayner and Sam Nichol were a huge part of her life. Oh, don't let me forget her 20ft pontoon boat, which she would set out in on the big Rideau for hours fishing. Every fish caught from here on out are for you Mama. At mom’s request there will be no wake or funeral, next summer if things allow we will celebrate her with a party at her favorite place Rideau Mac Resort in Crosby ON. Special thanks goes out to the ICU department at Kingston General; especially her nurses Adrian, Amanda, and Julian.
