Peacefully surrounded by her loving family on May 13, 2021, at the age of 90. Predeceased by her husband Hilliard Ray McRae. Loving mother to Sandy McRae, Connie McRae, Ted McRae (Robin), Ken McRae (Marni Harrington), and Paul McRae (Karen Arden). Devoted grandmother to Anna Brandsma (nee MacKay) (Dave Brandsma), Cameron, Andrew, Isaac, Rachel, Corey Rae (Mike Mazurek), Molly, Nolan and Callum McRae. Great-grandmother to Ryan, Jason and Sydney Brandsma, and Archie McRae-Mazurek. Cherished sister of Eleanor O'Neill, Jack Hall and Marion Norton. Predeceased by siblings Theresa Arsenault, Martin Hall and Evelyn Kilfoyle, and by parents James and Mary Hall (nee Early). Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A service will be held privately for the family at Hillcrest Cemetery. Rita was a remarkably generous donor to charities. Please donate to the charity of your choice.
