Dear Karen, Darlene, Maureen and families. I was so very sad to hear about your mom. Your mom was such a special woman. She was so very warm and kind. The last time I saw your mom was at my mom's wake and it was so nice to see her. I know that there was a group of ex GWMH staff that got together for lunch on occasion and your mom and my mom were part of those ladies. I am sure that they had lots of fun reminiscing about there time at GWMH and their families. I remember being at your mom and dad's home on many occasions with Anne-Marie sitting with your mom and Anne-Marie (best friend) having a chat. I always felt welcomed there. I know that Anne-Marie welcomed your mom into heaven. May you treasure all the fond memories you all have of your mom.

To all of Terry's family and loved ones. I am sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom. Grandmother, Great Grandmother. Mom's are very special. At age 91, she lived a long life. I remember a quiet spoken woman, a dependable co-worker with great work ethics and a gentle laugh. It was always a pleasure to meet up with Terry when out for a walk, usually with one of her daughters and or grandchildren and have a quick chat. She and all of you are in my thoughts and prayers. May she rest in peace.

I am so saddened to hear of Terry’s passing. She was a coworker for many years. She was dependable, kind, a very hard worker and. a friend to all the staff. Please accept my sincere sympathies to all her family, she will truley be missed and was very much loved.

So sorry to hear of Terry's passing. She was my preceptor when I was a nursing student in 1990 and taught me many skills she had acquired over the years she was a nurse. I enjoyed working with her at GWMH. She will be greatly missed by family and friends and we shall embrace the memories we have.

Kassina & Family,
I was saddened today when you informed me of the passing of your grandmother, Theresa. I was however, delighted to learn Theresa and you had an opportunity to visit the St. Peters Catholic Cemetery in Peterborough to visit her Grandmother - "Josephine O'Brien Colquhoun" (indeed my grandmother, as well) resting place, with her husband and family - the "Colquhoun" Clan. I was fortunate to speak with Theresa last summer, thanks to you, when I informed her about our family connection with that Irish Clan - the "O'Brien's", that dated back to 1888 with the birth her father "Thomas John O'Brien". Our great -grandfather, Patrick O'Brien, had a funeral Mass at St. John's Church, Perth, in the late 1890's, where he is resting today. I can envision the reunion she must be experiencing now with her father, indeed the O'Brien" Clan.
I wish I could have had an opportunity to meet with Theresa personally (Covid-19 prevented that) but felt her warm spirit come through the phone when we spoke, finally welcoming her to the family! Rest in Peace Theresa.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, during this difficult time.
