Wedenmaier, R. Alan

Alan passed away after a brief illness in hospital in Ottawa on Wednesday, May 4^th, 2022 at the age of 88 years.  He was predeceased in 2013 by his beloved wife Marion (Hawley) Wedenmaier.  Alan was the loving Dad of Judy (Doug) Palmer, Nancy (Bruce) Rivington and Sharon Roberts; cherished Poppa of Jessica (Darryn), Brian, Scott, Jamie and Alexandra; special brother of Dale (Bev) Dawson and faithful friend to Toni (Carl) Smith.  Alan will be sadly missed by his extended family,  lifelong neighbours of Drummond Centre and congregation of the Parish of Maberly-Lanark Anglican Church.

Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. West, Perth on Friday May 13^th, 2022 from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M.  The funeral service will be held in the Chapel Saturday, May 14^th, 2022 at 10:30 A.M. followed by a reception in the Blair & Son Family Centre.  Those wishing are asked to consider memorial donations to the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation – Perth Site or a charity of one’s choice.  The wearing of masks is strongly encouraged during the visitation and funeral.
