Obituary of Jack Lynn

Lynn, William J. "Jack"
March 21, 1937 - May 28, 2022

Jack passed away peacefully in his 86th year at home with Jeanette, his wife of 61 years, and his family by his side. Devoted father to Julie Campbell, Nancy Lynn (Rob) and Tony Lynn (Jane). Proud grandfather to Jesse and Julia Lewis, Jessica and Jack Lynn and TJ Campbell. Son of the late William (Bill) and Marion Lynn of Perth, Jack was predeceased by his sister, Betty Lynn (Fred). Jack retired to his hometown of Perth after a successful 35-year career with Beaver Lumber. His kindness, his infectious smile and his fun-loving zest for life will be remembered by all who knew him. Our cherished "Poppa" will live on in our memories and in our hearts.

Special recognition to Dr. Alain Gauthier and the staff at Bayshore Home Care Solutions - in particular, Sarah, Leslie & Teagan - for their kindness and support which allowed Jack to end his life with dignity in the home he loved surrounded by his family.

Friends are invited to pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home in Perth on Monday, June 6th, 2022 from 12 noon until the time of his memorial service in the chapel at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, the family would gratefully accept donations in Jack's memory to either the Lanark Animal Welfare Society (LAWS) or the Perth Site of the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation.
