I was saddened to hear of Bill's passing.
As with many, Bil and I crossed paths (and swords) because of our work with the Naval Torpedoes with which he was deeply involved.
I learned much at the feet of my Elder and will be ever thankful for what I benefited from his support and very little ire, Bill was a happy man with a big heart.
Fair Winds and Following Sea Sailor.
Stand Easy.

I was shocked and sadden to hear of Bill's passing. I will always remember and cherish the " When I was a sailor" stories. His smile and laugh were infectious and his loss has created a hole that will forever remain empty. My deepest condolences to Kim and his children. It was an honor to be able to work with Bill and he will truly be missed.

I met Bill several years ago when he was visiting the West Coast Ammuntion depot. Since then we spoke often over the phone but more about life than work. Whenever Bill came back to Rocky Point despite his busy schedule he made a point of stopping in to my office so we could catch up in person. Bill had suck quick wit and humor and always a little chuckle to end his jokes, ill miss that part of his and the warmth of his personality. We will all miss you here condolences to the Bradley family from all of us here at CFAD Rocky Point.

Bill was our "older than dirt" big boss in Ottawa for many years. He would come out to visit us annually to check in, receive some teasing, and make sure we were doing what he wanted done. We'll miss his wry humour and his great smile. Sorry for your (and our) loss.

Kim and Family, please accept my deepest condolences on the unexpected passing of your beloved Bill.
I had the great privilege of working with Bill at DND as his Supply Manager for the past year or so. Although it was brief, and only virtually, I could tell he was truly one of the good guys!! Bill had so much knowledge and wisdom that he loved to share. He accepted that I was new to the team and had so much to learn. He was always patient and kind when explaining something new.
At the end of many of our TEAMS meetings to discuss a task at hand, he would finish our call with a great story of days gone by.
He had so much character and would always remind me he had no time for "stupid"!!! This would make me laugh as he would always make sure I knew he was referencing the other person who messed up, and not me !!! I could tell, even with our short acquaintance that he liked things done the right way, maybe that is why we worked well together. He willingly accepted all my questions to ensure I got it right the first time.
It was easy to respect Bill for his life's achievements and dedication to his work and family. I also know how much you and the kids meant to him. He proudly spoke of how lucky he was to have you in his life and loved your road trips together to see the kids.
Bill you will be missed by many, may you rest in peace.

My deepest condolences to Kim and family. I was a shocked and sadden to hear of Bill's passing. I knew Bill for many years at DND and will miss chatting with him in the hallways or those social chats after discussing his publications. I remember when Bill's wife took sick and passed, Bill mentioning that he had no intention of remarrying... until he met you Kim.
He was one of the few gentle souls who seemed to truly enjoy life. You will be missed my friend!

We first crossed paths when Bill was visiting the east coast as LCMM many years ago. He immediately left an impression of some one honest, true, down to earth and very dedicated. We crossed paths again in Gatineau where I was posted many years later. and he was the same person. Thank you for shaping people to be better without even realizing it. I remember the chats as if they were this morning. Fair winds and following seas.

Met Bill just over 12 ears ago and we became fast friends. Our careers in the military never had us cross paths but we had many mutual friends. His great sense of humor and his ability to listen, laugh and share made him a must at your table. Kim became his best friend and they relocated to North of Perth. Visiting was now an overnight-er and a ball. Great food, great stories and too many laughs. Our last adventure was a fishing trip near French River. Bill, Bruce and I had many laughs and no fish. The 3 days were great in sharing experiences, knowledge and fun. The plan for 2022 will not be the same. You will be missed Bill.

So very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He was a wonderful man, friendly and caring and funny. He taught me how to fish a few years ago at one of our High Noon reunions, and we always shared a laugh on those weekends.

So sad to hear of another Kootenay shipmate that passed. I met Bill at many of our reunions and remember him from years ago.
Some of the faces have changed over the years but I do remember him from that time.
Rest In Peace and remember that we are as one.

My deepest condolences to his family and friends. I had the pleasure to meet and sail with Bill on HMCS Ottawa in the mid to late 80’s and ran into him from time to time afterwards. He always had a smile, a joke and time for this younger sailor. It was great catching up with him again here in Ottawa. Again, always a smile, a joke and time for this younger civilian. RIP Bill. We have the watch. Cheers my friend.

I have fond memories of Bill and Diane when we were growing up in Elderbank. My sister and I hung around their niece, Krista. They always had special treats for us at Halloween. Deepest condolences to David, Glenn, Mike and family.
