Obituary of Verna Jean Hassall

Hassall, (Rintoul) Verna Jean 

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Verna, at the Kingston General Hospital on July 10th, 2022 in her 75th year. She was predeceased by her parents, James and Violet (nee Gascoyne) Rintoul; her sister Sara (Arnie), her brothers Paul (Dorothy), John (Cherie) and David (Brenda), and her husband Norman. She is survived by her sister Carol (Brad) of Alberta; her son Sean (Shelly) of P.E.I., and daughter Kelly Park, as well as her grandchildren Jessica Park and Jeremy Park. She will also be remembered by many nieces and nephews. 

Death leaves a heartbreak no one can heal. Love leaves a memory no one can steal. 

As per Verna’s wishes, cremation will take place and there will be no service. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls. Online condolences available at www.blairandson.com
