I was deeply sadden upon hearing the passing on my Aunt Chantal. Although we did not see each other very often, the times we did I will remember fondly. Uncle David sent me a photo of Chantal that was taken a few years ago. When I saw the photo,it just brought back fond memories. She looked the same as when I last saw her. She looked great! I could remember her talking and hearing her french accent and how much I enjoyed hearing it. Chantal was a classy lady, and if you looked up classy lady in the dictionary you would find a picture of my aunt. Although she was not very big in stature she could hold her own. I remember when they came to visit in LaSalle to introduce us to their daughter Lynn. Both David and Chantal were ecstatic! If I remember correctly Lynn was wearing a dress, just like Chantal . Chantal was always very well dressed and no surprise their daughter would be too! Years later they came to visit us in Alberta. It was a good visit. It was great seeing them.We eventually kept in touch via phone calls. David and I would talk a really long time, and then I would talk with Chantal. It was always nice chatting with her.Chantal Sadly we lost touch for sometime.
I will always remember Chantal as a soft spoken kind loving person. Rest in peace Chantal
Our deepest condolences to you Uncle David, Lynn and her family. She will always be in your hearts, filled with memories to cherish forever.
