Uncle Gerry/aka “Uncle Dodo” was always a pleasure to be around. He got the Dodo handle from the first niece of the clan, she couldn’t say Gerald, and the name stuck.
I think he protested too much about his new name, but was secretly pleased that he had a special name, though he always added that he was a little concerned that they were extinct.
I guess the last “Dodo” has flown.
We’ll miss you
