Heney, Gerald “Gerry”

Gerry passed away in the Perth hospital on Wednesday morning, December 7^th, 2022 at the age of 96 years.  He was predeceased by his beloved wife Margaret (Noonan) Heney, a son who passed away in infancy,  brothers Howard (Shirley), Harry Heney and sister Irene (Ed) Roberts.  Gerry will be sadly missed by his sons Brant (Tammy) and Matt (Christa) Heney, daughter Juli Heney (Charles Henderson); grandchildren Brandon, Shaun, Sequoia (Dallyn Sullivan), Darien, Maitland, Haydon and Seren; sister Dorothy (Ken) Blair and sister-in-law Joyce Heney.   He will be fondly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, family and good friends.

Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth on Sunday December 11^th, 2022 from 1:00 to 4:00 P.M.  Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday December 12^th, 2022 at 10:30 A.M.  Interment, St. Johns Cemetery, Perth.  In remembrance of Gerry, those wishing are asked to consider memorial donations to Perth & Smiths Community Hospital (Perth site) Foundation or the Ottawa Heart Institute.
