My parents, Clarice and Herel, (Junior), Duncan were great friends of Bob and Frannie Harper. Thus we knew them too. We were all family from around “the Hill” ,as McDonald’s Corners was known, growing up and getting older together. Frannie was part of the Church Choir and other social groups there. We will always remember her with her easy smile and her laughter and the gift of friendship she offered always so easily. We were fortunate to know her as part of the Welland Street Condos gang too.
