My sincere condolences to the entire Burns family for this profound loss. Dan and I have had a professional relationship for over 20 years as he’s always been a joy to deal with on our many phone calls and in person at local dental events. Our entire practice in Barrhaven was shocked and saddened to hear of his passing and wish the family all the best. He is missed by everyone he’s interacted with.

I was so sorry to hear of Dan's passing. I knew him as owner of Otter Creek Lab providing superb service to my pediatric dental clinic in Ottawa. Very sorry to hear this news. Sending my regards and condolences to family and friends. Working for Dan at Otter Creek was the best work experience I ever had and have yet to be able to compare to any other place I have worked. He was kind, down to earth and understanding and I am in agreement that he would try to help anyone in need. A good man lost, but never forgotten.
