Donna Pringle Egan
February 27, 1934 – August 12, 2023

Passed peacefully on August 12, 2023 after a brief illness in her 90^th year. Predeceased by her parents Everton and Alma Bernath (Plummer), her first husband John Pringle (1978), second husband Arthur Egan (2005), infant son William Charles Pringle (1958), her sister Sandra Phillips, and her best friend Ben the Bichon Frise whom she adored. Survived by children David Pringle, Paul (Kathryn) Pringle, Susan Doig (Bill Haines), Greg Egan (Gloria), David Egan (the late Joanne), Sharon Egan, and Marg Egan; as well as by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended families. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her. Friends and family may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home on Monday August 21, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery. Reception to follow at Blair & Son Reception Centre. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Lanark, Leeds & Grenville, or to Smiths Falls Trinity United Church Building Fund would be greatly appreciated by the family.
