To Cecil's family and friends, my sincerest condolences to you all. I met Cecil when I worked at Tim Hortons, he was a regular customer. He was always full of smiles, full of laughter, always had a positive outlook on life, loved his family very much. May God give you the love, comfort and strength you need at this sad time. He will be missed.
