It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Cecil Code at the St. Joseph’s General Hospital in Elliot Lake on Sunday January 7, 2024 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of Diane Code of Elliot Lake. He is survived by his daughter Tanya (Pat), his son Shaun, his stepson René and numerous grandchildren. Cecil is survived by his mother Helene Cameron (the late Bill), predeceased by his father Jack Code and brothers John and Trevor Code. He is also survived by his brother Michael (Carol) Code, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. with a Masonic Service beginning at 12:30 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 95, 7 Main St. E., Smiths Falls.  In memory of Cecil, memorial contributions to ALS Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.
