We both want to extend our deepest sympathies to the entire family, especially to Chris, Frank and Marina. We were saddened to hear of Murray's passing, and we will be there to support you in this time of grief. Murray has left the pain of this world and is in a better place now, so we will fondly remember the good times we had in his company.

Last winter I was talking to Murray at Van Horne Manor. He was sitting in the hall surrounded by a group of his lady friends. He introduced me to the group, told them my name, and also mentioned he helped raise me during my teenage years. It has been said that it takes more than parents to raise a child, it takes a community. I am glad Murray was part of my community during my teenage years, thirty some years ago.
Life can throw you a lot of punches during your lifetime and some people seem to get more than others. Murray got more than his fair share. Murray was a survivor and this is a quality I greatly respect in a person. This is how I will remember him.

I have such fond memories of Murray's Marina growing up. Especially on weekends seeing little Frank and Lisa. I can still smell Mary's cooking . It scented up the whole marina especially Saturday 's pasta sauce.
