My deepest sympathy to you all at this time. Denyse was a wonderful teacher and mentor to so many of us nursing students. Her advise and knowledge remain with us each day of our nursing careers along with her commitment to quality care.She was everything a nurse should be and a wonderful, wonderful girl.

I am at a loss to find the words to express my condolences to you. With Denyse’s passing I’ve been reminded of just how precious life is and how quickly time passes. I have very fond memories of my friendship many years ago with Denyse and all of the VanDusen family. Although our life journeys have taken us in different directions, I can quickly recall the time we spent together. I am very disappointed that I am unable to deliver my condolences to you in person. To Ralph and the boys....I cannot tell you how sorry I am. No words I can give you will help you easy the pain that you must be feeling right now. I want you to know that I will miss her so much as she was not only a co-worker but a friend, a mentor and a great nurse. She will be missed by all of us whose lives that she touched. I think that heaven got lucky when she became the newest angel.
