Cooper Denyse T. In hospital in Ottawa following a courageous battle with malignant melanoma, Denyse passed away on Saturday, July 28th 2012, surrounded by the love of her family at the age of 48. Denyse was the beloved daughter of Shirley and Denys VanDusen. She was the much loved wife of Ralph Cooper and loving mother of Chris (Carrie), Greg (Brooke Osler), and Dale (Shynene Richard) and cherished grandmother to Jocelyn, Natasha, Brooklyn, Selina and the late John Cooper. Denyse was the sister to Dale VanDusen (Karie Biggley) and Paula VanDusen (Brad LaCombe). She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family, friends and all who knew her through her career in nursing and care giving. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. West, Perth on Tuesday July 31st, 2012 from 1:00-8:00PM. A private family service will be held at a later date.
